Attorney Patrick A. Sebastiano is an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and has over 30 years of experience in nearly all aspects of estate and trust planning and administration. He also has extensive experience in the area of oil and gas law and has helped numerous landowners protect their rights and secure valuable leases and pipeline agreements with major drilling companies.
Patrick focuses his practice in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, probate avoidance, elder law, long-term and emergency Medicaid planning, fiduciary guidance, asset protection and oil and gas law and has dedicated his career to making sophisticated legal services understandable and accessible to all families.
Prior to entering his full-time private practice, Patrick served as Senior Vice President, President/CEO and Board Member at several well-respected financial institutions where he managed professional fiduciary services which included estate, trust, employee benefit and charitable foundation administration and investment management services to a wide array of high net worth clients. Patrick’s past experience also includes serving as an estate planning manager for a regional accounting firm.
